By combining simulation with control technology, VC compresses and advances the manufacturing process validation timeline—mechanical designs are verified and optimized beforephysical equipment is built, reducing design-error risk.
Furthermore, complete automation control logic can be debugged offline (robot & electrical systems) prior to equipment fabrication, dramatically shortening on-site commissioning time and greatly enhancing project reliability and competitiveness.
