HCD Group Information Released in June 2026
During June, the general managers of HCD Group’s overseas subsidiaries DMW and DMX visited HCD Group’s headquarters and conducted a series of coordination meetings and on-site exchanges at the Shanghai and Shiyan bases, marking substantial progress in Group-led domestic and international collaborative integration. On the morning of the first day, HCD Group convened the Mexico Business Expansion and Global Collaborative Strategy Seminar, attended by Group management, heads of functional departments, and management of domestic and overseas subsidiaries. The meeting appointed Mr. Xu Xianzhong, Vice President of HCD Group, as the overall coordinator for Group-wide collaboration, with dedicated personnel drawn from each subsidiary to form a special collaborative task force covering three major areas: market and customer coordination, engineering and technology coordination, and supply chain and procurement coordination.

In order to thoroughly implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and to put into effect the requirements set forth in the relevant guiding opinions and action plans for the innovative development of the humanoid robot and embodied intelligence industries, we are promoting the normalized deployment and application of humanoid robot and embodied intelligence products in real production and living environments, and accelerating their large‑scale development. To this end, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and the State‑owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) have decided to jointly launch the 2026 Special Action for Real‑Scenario Training of Humanoid Robots and Embodied Intelligence.

HCD Group's overseas subsidiary, DMW&H, made a strong appearance at MODEX 2026, a premier global event for manufacturing and supply chain industries. Held in Atlanta, MODEX 2026 attracted over 50,000 professionals and more than 1,000 exhibitors from around the world, making it the largest and most successful edition to date. DMW&H showcased two core solutions—the SURF high-speed automated tote dispensing solution and the indaGO warehouse execution system—at its booth. Live demonstrations received high praise from professional attendees.

On June 1, the 23rd weekly meeting of DEMC and the first 2026 "Group-wide Employee Connect Forum" of HCD Group were held. Participants spoke freely, raising questions and concerns regarding company operations, daily work, system implementation, and other issues, including urgent difficulties, operational bottlenecks, and management loopholes. Chen Ze, HCD Group President, actively responded to each question, provided solutions, and arranged for follow-up actions. He also deeply analyzed HCD Group's current situation, clarified the responsibilities of each role, upheld management principles, and simultaneously established a "normalized communication mechanism" and standardized the regular convening of the "Employee Connect Forum."
