The electric drive system is the core component of new energy vehicles. The production system of the electric drive include stator line, rotor line, combined stator-rotor assembly, electric drive assembly, and gearbox assembly line. DEMC has rich project experience in various technological approaches of electric drive assembly. For example, pre-magnetization/post-magnetization; layered injection molding/integral injection molding/ adhensive/magnetic steel riveting fixation; press-fitting/heating and press-fitting/liquid nitrogen freezing and press-fitting; de-weighting/ weighting dynamic balance; water cooling/oil cooling. The motor production lines delivered cover 55 ~ 300KW motors for passenger vehicles, as well as high power motors for commercial vehicles and urban rails. DEMC effectively addresses various issues for customers in actual projects with optimum achievements. Such issues cover production with frequent changes in machine types, cycle time requirements, quality targets, safety standards, logistics planning, data traceability, process route planning and reservation, manual efficiency, site utilization efficiency, etc.
