On February 9, 2026, under the theme "The Momentum Lies in Our Transformation, A Sky Full of Stars," HCD Group successfully held its 2026 Management and Operations Annual Conference via a hybrid online and offline format. The conference systematically reviewed the operational achievements of HCD Group and its subsidiaries in 2025, comprehensively outlined the development strategies and objectives for 2026, and consolidated the consensus and strength of all HCD members, collectively advancing toward a new stage of high-quality development.

I. Opening of the Conference

On the morning of February 9, meetings were organized by subsidiary units. Shanghai DEMC, Hubei DMW, and Wuhan DEMC respectively held work report sessions with department heads from sales, solution design, project management, technology, quality, manufacturing, finance, procurement, human resources, and administration. These sessions systematically reviewed the achievements, identified issues, and outlined improvement directions from the past year. The venues in Hubei DMW, Shanghai DEMC, and Wuhan DEMC were vibrant with thorough and substantive reports, laying a solid foundation for HCD Group-wide meeting in the afternoon. Chen Ze, Vice Chairman and President of HCD Group, acknowledged the pragmatic work reports delivered by all departments.

In the afternoon, HCD Group Annual Operations Conference officially commenced. Chen Ze, Vice Chairman and President of HCD Group, delivered the opening speech titled "The Momentum Lies in Our Transformation, A Sky Full of Stars." He provided an in-depth analysis of market trends and opportunities in global and Chinese smart manufacturing, new energy vehicles, robotics, and automation. Through key strategies of endogenous growth and external expansion, he reiterated HCD's vision of "becoming a leader in our industry" and formally introduced the Group's three operational principles for 2026: "Stable Profitability, Efficiency-Driven, and Global Growth." He emphasized that in a rapidly changing market environment, only by proactively embracing change, daring to innovate, and deepening collaboration can HCD grasp the "momentum" of destiny and illuminate the brilliant starry sky that belongs to HCD.

II. Subsidiaries Showcase Achievements

Following this, the general managers of each subsidiary provided detailed reports on their annual OKR completion and plans for the new year, demonstrating the solid layout and fruitful results under the Group's strategy of "limited related diversification and subsidiary specialization".

Yi Jiqiang, General Manager of Hubei DMW, Focusing on the engineering machinery and intelligent logistics sectors, significant progress was made in 2025 regarding new order acquisition, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and product portfolio optimization. In 2026, efforts will concentrate on new order targets, dual reduction in bidding and execution costs, technological platform enhancement, and building elite teams to continuously strengthen core competitiveness in final assembly and logistics automation.

Xu Guosheng, General Manager of Shanghai DEMC, Shared updates on overall overseas business progress and completion of various targets. Building on traditional strengths in white-body welding, the company actively expanded into overseas markets and new sectors such as medical and battery applications. Despite challenges, notable achievements were made in standard product localization, project management model reform, and building a learning organization. The new year will see unwavering advancement of the internationalization strategy, deepening of financial accountability and cost efficiency, and full-scale development of overseas supply chains and talent pipelines.

Cheng Wenming, General Manager of Wuhan DEMC (HCD Group R&D Center): As the engine of HCD Group's technological innovation, a series of breakthroughs were achieved in 2025 in ultra-thin AMR, digital twin, special equipment development, IPD R&D system, and AI technology exploration. In 2026, efforts will continue to deepen product development and technological breakthroughs, refine the IPD system, strengthen organizational capabilities, and provide robust technical support and collaborative services for all business segments of HCD Group.

III. Deepening of HCD Group Strategy

During the conference, Chen Ze elaborated on HCD's core methodology for navigating industry cycles—building the full-value-chain HBS Lean Management System. This system integrates strategic focus, process optimization, and cultural penetration, aiming to translate HCD Group's vision into executable, verifiable continuous improvement tools. Through three key elements—"selecting professionals to formulate strategic plans, establishing sustainable standardized processes, and building replicable models of excellent performance"—the system elevates lean management from a "tool" to a "gene," solidifying the foundation for the Group's long-term development. Additionally, the Group clarified its strategic goals for 2026–2028: continuing to deepen existing business segments while advancing both To B and To C operations, forming four synchronized business segments: Robotics Automation, Final Assembly Conveyance Automation, Logistics and Warehousing Automation, and Embodied Intelligence & Tech Consumer Products.

After the subsidiary general managers' reports, heads of Group functional modules also shared their insights. Professor Wu Dianliang, Chief Scientist of HCD Group, shared the technology development road-map, progress of R&D projects, and plans for 2026. Xu Xianzhong, Vice President and General Manager of the Sales Center, provided updates on domestic and international market conditions, the company's current status, overseas business expansion, and the implementation progress of domestic-overseas collaborative mechanisms. Work sharing and guidance were also provided by Peng Tao, General Manager of Finance Center; Li Jun, Director of IT Center and Procurement Center; Wei Wei, Director of the Legal Affairs Center; Hao Ying,Director of the Human Resources Center; Xie Qunming, Financial Director; Dou Wenyang, Senior Vice President and Board Secretary; and Li Defu, Chairman of HCD Group.

IV. Moments of Honor

The second phase of the conference featured a grand awards ceremony. Awards covered company-level and Group-level outstanding individuals, teams, departments, as well as special management recognition. A number of employees and collectives who demonstrated excellence in technology R&D, market expansion, project management, and functional support took the stage to receive applause and respect from the entire HCD Group. Their stories of dedication and outstanding achievements vividly embodied the spirit of pursuing victory and collaborative success within HCD's "Team Culture," serving as inspirational examples for all colleagues.

A total of 116 awards were presented, including 56 company-level outstanding individuals, 13 company-level outstanding teams, and 7 company-level outstanding departments; 20 Group-level outstanding individuals, 9 Group-level outstanding teams, and 5 Group-level outstanding departments; and 6 management-level outstanding recognition.

V. New Year Messages

At the conclusion of the conference, HCD Group's management team collectively delivered New Year's greetings to all employees. The leaders reflected fondly on the past and looked ahead to the future, expressing gratitude to the staff and confidence in what lies ahead. Professor Wu of HCD Group further elevated the atmosphere by sharing a profoundly meaningful poem, "Exploring Spring's Command," which ingeniously incorporated well-wishes for HCD. The management collectively wished HCD Group enduring success and prosperity in the new year, and extended blessings for the happiness and health of all employees and their families.
