I. Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for formulating the medium and long-term strategic planning of the technology consumer product line (such as smart hardware, AIoT devices, innovative consumer electronics, etc.). Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, market competition, and competing products to identify and define breakthrough product opportunities.
2.Lead the definition of product concepts, shaping of value propositions, and formulation of differentiated competitive strategies.
3.Full-lifecycle product management: Lead the entire process of product management from demand analysis, concept design, R&D and testing, mass production and launch to lifecycle iteration management.
4.Technology-driven and business implementation:
a) Collaborate closely with technical, hardware, and supply chain teams to transform technical capabilities into core product advantages.
b) Responsible for formulating the product's business model, sales forecasts, and revenue. Continuously track and analyze the product's business performance (such as revenue, profit, and market share, etc.) to drive the product's commercial success.
5.User value: Establish a systematic user research and feedback mechanism. Continuously explore users' real needs and pain points through data analysis, user interviews, usability testing, and other methods.
6.Cross-departmental leadership and collaboration: As the core driver of the project, effectively coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, design, supply chain, marketing, sales, and after-sales to ensure smooth information flow and consistent goals. Promote the efficient achievement of project objectives.
II. Qualifications
1.Under 40 years old, in good physical and mental health.
2.Bachelor's degree or above with priority given to majors such as Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Design, and Communication Engineering.
3.More than 5 years of experience as a product manager. Must have experience in leading or deeply participating in the entire 0-to-1 process of at least one successfully launched technology consumer product (smart hardware/IoT/consumer electronics).
4.Have a deep understanding and practical experience in smart hardware development processes, supply chain management, and the consumer electronics market. Be able to communicate efficiently with technical experts and be good at transforming technical features into user-perceivable value.
5.Possess excellent team collaboration awareness and cross-team communication skills.
6.Have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
7.Be able to maintain a stable mindset and efficient output in a high-intensity, fast-paced, and uncertain environment.
