2、 Project Overview and Core Results Delivery:

To enhance the company's strategic development plan and assist various departments in continuously improving and enhancing their service levels. We are currently selecting suppliers for strategic analysis and other related tasks. The specific requirements are as follows:

a.Integrate external and internal resources, sort out the future competitive advantages of the four domestic subsidiaries under HCD Group, identify opportunities and threats through industry analysis, discover internal and external opportunities and challenges, and formulate strategic development plans for the four domestic subsidiaries under HCD Group for 2024-2026.

b.Integrate information from domestic and overseas subsidiaries of HCD Group, comprehensively plan the future development of the group, and formulate strategic development plans for HCD Group and its functional departments for 2024-2026.

c.In order to implement the 2024 strategy of HCD Group and its three domestic subsidiaries, ensure that the decomposition of strategic goals is scientific, reasonable, and that various strategies and matching resources can support the implementation of the goals. Develop strategic measures and work plans for HCD Group and its four domestic subsidiaries.

2、The project service period: November 6th, 2023 - March 31st, 2024.

4、 Qualification requirements:

a.Bidders must be independent legal entities registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China with a registered capital of RMB 2 million or more (calculated based on the exchange rate at the time of registration), and their business license shall prevail;

b.Competitors must have successful cases of similar projects in the relevant field (based on contracts or relevant materials);

c.Competitors not included in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System（ http://www.gsxt.gov.cn/index.html ）List of serious illegal and dishonest enterprises;

d.Competitors must have a good business reputation and financial condition;

e.5. If the legal representative or investor of a unit is the same person or if there is a controlling or management relationship between different units, they shall not participate in the bidding of the same section or the bidding of the same bidding project without dividing the section; Enterprises with legal representatives participating in the stock market are only allowed to have one company participate in the bidding process;

f.6. This competition does not accept joint quotations from multiple units, and subcontracting or sub contracting is not allowed.

5、 Submission of bidding materials:

a)Valid business license (copy); Valid organizational code certificate (copy) and valid tax registration certificate (copy); (Note: Copy of the above three items or three in one business license)

b)Provide one or more proof materials of successful cases of similar projects in related fields (based on the contract);

c)If the agent signs up, please provide a scanned copy of the agent's original ID card. If the authorized principal signs up, please provide a scanned copy of the authorization letter and the original ID card;

1)All bidders who meet the above conditions are eligible to participate in the competition. Please submit scanned copies of the above certificates and supporting materials, stamped with official seals, in one PDF format file according to the "composition and order" above, before 17:00 on October 31, 2023, and send them to the email address (indicate "unit name+project name" in the email or mail the electronic version of the USB drive) for review. After passing the review, the above qualification documents shall be copied and stamped with the official seal (with controlled markings added) and mailed to the project communication contact person (Liu Tao) as qualification review materials (the above content must be clear and easy to identify, otherwise it will be considered as not providing valid documents) in duplicate; Those who provide incomplete information will be rejected, and any false information in the qualification and performance documents provided will result in disqualification from the competition once discovered.
