Job Description

1. Participate in the early stage of the client's bidding proposal, provide simulation verification technical support, and directly participate in the simulation work of the proposal if necessary;

2. Able to fully understand the process plan and process flow according to project simulation standards, and efficiently carry out simulation design tasks;

3. Able to efficiently complete simulation layout verification, reasonable solder joint allocation, beat calculation, welding gun selection, robot and seven axis selection, gun replacement disk selection, grinder and other equipment selection and interference inspection;

4. Efficiently complete on-site installation guidance documents and customer requirement submission documents;

5. Able to assume the role of project simulation leader, responsible for simulation design task allocation and project requirement coordination ( Which is including outsourcing communication management), schedule control, cost control, quality control, and execution of project simulation standards; Responsible for verifying the accuracy and correctness of the selection of simulation order contents in the project (such as robots, seven axes, gun changing discs, welding machines, welding guns, grinders, etc.);

6. Summarize the standards, problem points, and solutions for the projects completed, and be responsible for on-site technical support for the projects;

7. Collaborate and participate in departmental technical research and development, guide engineer level simulation, cultivate new employees, actively cooperate and complete other work tasks arranged by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in using commonly used simulation software in the industry for single station simulation design work, proficient in spot welding, handling, gluing and other processes;

2. Familiar with the BIW manufacturing process; Proficient in planning car body welding workshops and various process equipment;

3. Able to independently manage the cost, quality, and schedule control of the BIW vehicle project, and able to guide others and outsourcing to complete the project;

4. Possess good communication and coordination skills, as well as a certain sense of teamwork, proficient in communicating with team members, project managers, and clients;

5. Have a certain understanding of the supply cycle and price of externally purchased parts, and can guide the team to choose the optimal solution to complete the project.
