Job Description

1. Adhere to the project task plan, complete the debugging work of various connection process equipment in the project, optimize and adjust the connection process quality, and ensure that the relevant processes meet the quality requirements;

2. Write connection technology programs according to different standards or non-standard requirements;

3. Set the connection technology parameters (such as spot welding, arc welding, gluing, stud, riveting, self tapping wire, laser welding, etc.);

4. Collaborate with robot engineers and PLC engineers to ensure that testing at all stages of the project, such as equipment failure rate and production pace, to meet customer requirements;

5. Based on feedback from the project site, take the lead in resolving connection equipment and quality issues during the production process, ensuring production efficiency and quality, and improving on-site problem response and resolution capabilities;

6. Master the basic operations of common brand robots.

Job Requirements

1. More than 1 year of experience in connection process debugging;

2. Excellent teamwork skills, communication and expression abilities, and the ability to connect with clients;

3. Good sense of responsibility and strong pressure resistance, able to accept overtime and irregular business trips;

4. Good English reading and writing skills;

5. Experience in SGM, BMW and other OEM projects is preferred.
