Job Description

1. Control the progress of mechanical design during project execution;

2. Assist process simulation engineers in planning the sequence of workpiece loading, placement position, posture, height, etc;

3. Select, place orders and track equipment according to the RFQ Track List, ;

4. Provide technical support for the assembly, installation, and debugging of mechanical equipment on site;

5. Responsible for writing project design templates;

6. Responsible for designing BOM;

7. Responsible for 3D design of welding equipment, gas path design of equipment, and selection of pneumatic components;

8. Responsible for the conceptual scheme review and 3D design review of the project under the organization of the technical manager;

9. Responsible for jointly organizing the standard parts library of each host factory with the standardization specialist;

10. Collaborating with standardization specialists to organize project standard parts and specialized sections according to project requirements;

11. Assist the technical manager in the overall technical management of outsourced mechanical equipment for the project.

Job Requirements

1. Education: College degree or above in mechanical design related majors;

2.More than3 years of experience in BIW welding tooling and production line design;

3. Familiar with typical mechanical design structures of various fixtures; Master the selection of purchased parts on tooling equipment, etc;

4. Proficient in using 3D modeling software such as CATIA and UG; Proficient in using 2D graphic design software such as CAD; Proficient in using office software and related applications;

5. Good English reading and writing skills, able to independently communicate with clients in English, and able to interpret client standard English materials.

6. Mind quality: good quality with meticulous, a good sense of service, strong time-management skills and work planning abilities;

7. Passionate, proactive, meticulous and patient in work, strong pressure resistance and overtime due to work; Having rigorous thinking, being humble, honest, and upright;
