Job Description

1. Organize and lead the team to confirm the design scope and arrange various process design tasks according to the work content, customer technical standards, project milestones, preliminary process plans, etc. And improve LAYOUT and other corresponding process lists, and participate in project reviews. According to the design task list, carry out design tasks and assist in confirming the outsourcing design capabilities, complete design work that meets customer standards and requirements, and be able to guide the work of other design members.

2. Responsible for assigning process design tasks to the team and coordinating project requirements. Responsible for and reviewing the project output of the design. Including: based on preliminary data, improving welding process information, preliminary welding point allocation, rhythm confirmation, positioning information (MCP&MCS), vehicle model process matching, etc. Control the quality and standards of LAYOUT diagrams.

3. During the design process, responsible for providing professional guidance and suggestions to the team, leading project proposals and design reviews, ensuring that project design outputs meet customer and project requirements; Organize expert level members of the company to review and review major design projects and issues together, ensuring high-quality design tasks with low errors. Efficiently and reasonably utilize outsourced designs, supervise and control their quality, and conduct work acceptance.

4. Lead the establishment, consolidation, organization, and updating of the process standard database (design standard library, LAYOUT design template), implement the production of the standardization library to individuals, and submit it to the comprehensive team for archiving and publication in a timely manner according to the plan.

5. Guide and cultivate employees' work abilities, and enhance the overall team's capabilities.

6. Implement work tasks according to the plan and milestones, record work progress daily and summarize it in a timely manner, submit it to the comprehensive team for summary according to weekly and monthly working hours, and submit it to the project department and finance center for timely reporting to superiors. At the same time, control project milestones, and report any problems to superiors in a timely manner and make reasonable adjustments.

7. Collaborate to participate in equipment and technical research designated by the department, guide engineers in designing and training new employees, actively cooperate and complete other work tasks arranged by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Education and major: Mechanical or automotive manufacturing major, college degree or above;

2. Work experience: Over five years of welding process design experience, over two years of overseas project design and management experience, with BMW project technical management experience preferred;

3. Computer requirements: Proficient in using 3D modeling software such as CATIA and UG; Proficient in using 2D graphic design software such as CAD; Proficient in using office software and related applications;

4. Language requirement: English can be used as the working language;

5. Other requirements: Strong organizational, coordination, communication and negotiation skills, team spirit and strong pressure resistance.
