Job Description

1. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and obtaining orders for clients assigned by department leaders.

2. Communicate with clients and understand project requirements, organize bidding work (including bid formulation, price strategy formulation, etc.), negotiate prices with clients, review commercial terms in contracts to ensure the achievement of sales contract targets.

3. Lead the client to complete the payment of the contract advance payment, support communication between the project manager and the client on the progress and method of progress payment, to ensure the achievement of the project sales revenue target.

4. Master the market dynamics of the target customers, grasp the latest sales information, establish and maintain customer relationships, and provide opinions for establishing the company's business development strategy and market positioning.

5. Timely collect, provide feedback, and organize the handling of customer complaints, track the results of complaint handling, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.

6. Other tasks arranged by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in management, marketing, machinery and automation, etc

More than 2.5 years of sales and marketing management experience in the automotive equipment manufacturing industry, with customer resources both domestically and internationally.

3. Familiarize oneself with the current development status of the industry market, discover business partners, and be able to handle things independently; Received training in marketing, contract law, and other related fields.

4. Proficient in office automation software, familiar with drafting software such as CATIA and CAD

5. English can be used as a working language, that if you also have proficiency in other foreign languages is preferred;

6. Competency requirements: Strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills, planning and execution abilities, adaptability, and stress resistance.
