To the competent departments of industry and information technology of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities with independent planning status, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and relevant central enterprises:

In order to implement the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Robot Industry", in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Industrial Robot Industry Standard Conditions (2024 Edition)" and the "Implementation Measures for the Management of Industrial Robot Industry Standard Conditions (2024 Edition)" (Announcement No. 20 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2024) (hereinafter referred to as the "Standard Conditions" and "Implementation Measures"), the 2024 Industrial Robot Industry Standard Announcement Application Work is now organized. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. The competent departments of industry and information technology of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities with independent planning status, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (hereinafter referred to as provincial-level industrial and information technology competent departments), and relevant central enterprise groups are responsible for organizing the application work of enterprises in their regions (the Group).

2. Industrial robot-related enterprises shall apply voluntarily, truthfully fill in the "Application Report for Industrial Robot Industry Standard Enterprises" (Appendix 1, hereinafter referred to as the "Application Report"), and provide relevant supporting materials. The application materials shall be submitted to the provincial-level industrial and information technology competent department or the central enterprise to which they belong.

3. Provincial industrial and information technology authorities and central enterprises shall conduct preliminary review of enterprise application materials in strict accordance with the requirements of the "Standardized Conditions" and "Implementation Measures", fill in the review opinions in the "Application Report" and affix the official seal.

4. Provincial industrial and information technology authorities and central enterprises shall submit the application materials and recommendation summary table (Appendix 2) (in duplicate) of enterprises that meet the "Standardized Conditions" after preliminary review to the Equipment Industry Department I of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (No. 13, West Chang'an Avenue, Xicheng District, Beijing) before November 15, 2024, and the electronic version (PDF) of the relevant materials shall be burned on a CD and sent with the paper materials.
